Roof replacement costs

Wondering if anyone can speak to the costs of a replacement roof for a multifamily apartment building. For about 10,000 square foot roof – do these figures seem reasonable:

$80,000 to remove remove existing roof ($8/sq ft)
$20,000 blow-in insulation ($2/sq ft)
$10,840 parapet wall coping cap ($20/linear ft for 542 linear ft)
$165,000 for new roof ($16.50/sq ft)

I was quoted $20k for removing and replacing a 1150 sq ft roof. i would think that a bigger job would give you better prices per sq ft by at least a little.

way too high by a factor of 10x. I paid 12,000 three years ago to remove old roofinf and install new for 9000 sqft. Are they installing silver alloy?
