Replacement Windows (Marvin)

We replaced the windows in a our home, a standard brownstone – Marvin in front, Integrity in back. They are surprisingly hard to open. Wondering if anyone else has/had this problem. Trying to figure out if it is abnormal, or an installation/product issue.

I have both Marvin and Marvin Integrity windows in my hope and they are quite easy to open.
