Replacement glass on patio door

Anyone know where i can find replacement glass for a door? I need the glass to have a u factor rating of .27.

I put your question to my glass supplier. He just got back to me. He said he deals with 3 manufacturers of insulated glass units, for replacement where windows have been broken, and all three do not provide such a label. He called two of them and asked them if they can provide such and they said no.

He did tell me that they can provide a spec sheet that shows u value but not a label.

In my door business i have worked with 4 other glass suppliers in this city and i suspect they all use the same suppliers of double pane units.

Also. If you wish to call amanufacturer directly, one is in yaphank in suffolk cty. I forget the name.

If you are installing this yourself, most glass shops can order double pane units. It will have to be tempered and the tempering is done elsewhere.
