Replacement Basement Casement Windows

Hi,

We have four older wooden basement windows that are in need of some repair and maintenance (Multi family / not landmarked) Instead of spending money on restoration work we are looking to replace the windows.

Any recent recommendations for local contractors/company for either restoration or replacement? We are aware of Big Box Options such as Home Depot, etc. but was hoping to find someone local if possible.
