Replace Sunroom Roof

I have a sunroom on the roof of my brownstone and the sunroom roof has leaks at where the screws are. I want to replace the roof. Who should I be looking for? Roofing? Sunroom? Water proofing? Anyone have recommendations? Any advice welcome. Thanks!

what kind of roof is it? if it has screws in it, it makes me think of a corrugated fiberglass roof that my uncle had over a porch. i think he maintained it by doing what bob suggests above. a leak in a roof is not necessarily a reason to replace it.

Have you tried silicone caulking around the screws?
