Rent Collection App

I’d love to get some feedback on how landlords collect rent. Up until now, I’ve been doing so via checks or online (Cozy is great!) but I feel like phone apps would be more convenient. There are reasons I’m not in love with the idea of Venmo, Paypal or Google Wallet and that’s because they are not specifically for property management. Anyone know of a good rent collection app?

Well, you have erentpayment.com but they may charge fees. Threads on biggerpockets have dscussions of many small to medium landlords that do venmo. Just received my first venmo rent payment after years of rent check mail issue “shenannigans”. Open a seperate account then sweep it i to your general account so there is always a 0 balance.

A building I know of uses something called ManageGo (ManageGo LLC 212-300-7950). It simply allows you to pay online. There’s no app. It works well.
