Remove kitchen/bath - recs sought

We are purchasing a home that has a small studio unit. Before we move in, we’d like to remove that unit, which primarily involves removal of the kitchen/bath and replacement and relocation of a circuit breaker panel from a walll that will be removed. The area won’t need anything new other than new flooring (the space will become an open living area). Any recs appreciated on 1) good contractor(s) that could do this work in an expedited time frame and 2) and thoughts on the amount of time needed for this.

I recommend Luis Tamay. His number is 845-282-3167. He does top-notch work for reasonable prices and handles everything himself. To me it sounds like something that would take a few weeks.
