Reliable door contractor

We live in a garden-parlor duplex where the under stoop door goes into a bedroom. The exterior door isn’t doing its job keeping the cold out and I’d like to have someone in to tell me precisely what the problem is (the door itself, the installation, something else) and fix it. Any recommendations? TIA.
