Recommended Lenders for High LTV HELOC / Home Equity Loan

I’m researching loan options to finance a renovation. Anyone have recommendations for lenders willing to do a high LTV HELOC or home equity loan in Central Brooklyn? I have 25% equity in the house, and am looking for a combined LTV of 90 to 95% post-loan. Total home value is between $1 and 2 million.

How is the home value between 1-2 Million? That’s a pretty big difference.

Do you have any private banking relationships? The private banking units of most major banks are often willing to lend at higher LTVs than the consumer banking divisions. That said 90-95% is quite high. 85% is probably doable.
