Recommendations for rewiring townhouse

I need to update the Internet/coax that is running through my 120+ year old townhouse in Clinton Hill to better cables (cat5 to cat6) and relocate the homebase that the wires are running to in my basement. I’m hoping to avoid opening up all the walls and turning this into a huge plastering job if at all possible by finding an electrician or wiring pro who can use the existing paths that snake through the walls to replace the cables.

Of course, in a house this old, there is no ductwork or other easy runs to be had. Anyone have any recommendations of either companies/individuals to call or advice in getting this done without blowing tens of thousands of dollars to demo and rebuild my walls?
