Recommendation for Intercom System / Buzzer Repair

I’m looking for a recommendation to repair a wired intercom system / buzzer (photos attached). A button is missing from the outside panel and I don’t have the key to open it. Several apartments in the 8 unit building have issues (Ex: they can hear guests who buzz, but the guest can’t hear them when they respond or vice versa). Is there anyone out there who can repair this existing system? It was installed in 2003 and we’re not looking to upgrade it to a video system, just repair what we have. I just had to deal with this issue. It’s not easy as most intecoms are not available for sale online and there is not much information. The best one is AIPhone and there is a number of dealers (that you can find on their site) that you can buy it from. You can use only two wires for it.

Probably more cost efficient to replace it with a newer audio only system. What’s the brand?
