Recommendation for foundation repair

Have an old brick foundation, one wall of which shows some bowing. I believe the best way to really repair it would be to add a block wall in front of it and tied in. We don’t mind loosing 8 – 10 inches of basement, and think its a better idea than trying to redo the entire foundation wall. Any recommendations on someone who can do the whole job, (i.e. has their own engineer they work with). I tried hiring engineer and contractor separately, but I think I’m better off getting a quote for the whole job, including the engineering from one person.
