Recommendation for an inspector

I always tell my clients to make sure if the property is significant cost, then you should have significant inspections performed by the actual trade professionals.
I have seen too many homeowners buy a new home with no Escrow for us to come out and say yes they have a Boiler but it is cracked and needs a 40K replacement. That does not even take the System itself into account.
