Received DEP Violation but not my building
Hi. I am renovating a townhouse and received a violation letter from the DEP (specifically the bureau of environmental compliance) noting “construction activities at impermissible times days”, however the address marked under place of occurrence is not my property. I tried calling 311, the DEP, and the DEP borough office and no one could help me understand if this was a mistake. Does anyone have any insight?

Is your name on the violation?
