Radiant heat installer

Hello, does anyone have a recommendation for a radiant heat installer? Mine seems to have bailed on me halfway through the job. We are renovating a brownstone and have the piping installed, most of the radiators hung but not connected, the boiler, hot water tank and pumps mostly installed in the cellar, but none of the manifolds/pipes etc are hooked up yet.
Any suggestions for reliable, affordable installers would be much appreciated.

It’s not clear, but he’s been quite unreliable throughout—not showing when he said he would, promising to complete certain elements by a certain date then not reappearing for weeks.
