Quiet through-wall/under-window air conditioner recommendations?

Hi, we have a unit where there’s a cutout underneath the windows for an AC (I believe that’s considered “through the wall” vs. a window AC?). Is there such thing as a quiet air conditioner? Anyone have recommendations?

Friedrich A/Cs are known to be super quiet. And very good quality. Drimmer’s in Brooklyn probably sells them. Call and ask. Yes, it’s considered a through the wall AC.
