Project Management Company

Hello, our building is currently being renovated (essential work needed to be done) and we are not happy at all with the management company handling the project. We had many problems with them and the real work has not even started. We are about ready to start the work but would like to hire another company to manage the project. We already have the GC, engineering firm, got all the permits and approval needed. Could anyone recommend a good project management company with reasonable prices?

It sounds like you are inviting too many chefs to the kitchen! No one wants to be the manager of madness.
You do not say if you are a Co-Op or Condo, but why don’t you “manage” it yourself with the chefs you already have. You have an Engineer to check things as they go & you have a GC to manage the actual work.
Just don’t get ahead of your payout schedule.
Meanwhile if you are not happy with your management company, change them.
