professional engineer for TR1/TR8

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for a professional engineer. I was working with someone who has had his DOB privileges revoked, and their office recommended someone who is not responding at all. Work was completed a few years ago, but the job paperwork/signoff process has been halted because of the issue with the PE. Apparently, a new PE has to sign off on things in order for the DOB to reinstate the job again. Does anyone have recommendations for someone that could do this at a fair/reasonable cost? Thanks!
