If it’s a one bedroom, 500k shouldn’t be difficult in Park Slope. If it’s a studio, it will be more difficult. Need more details. Call a broker.. they will give you a comp analysis for free

The maintenance charge will greatly affect the price; as well as the building condition and the amount in the reserve fund amongst other things.
