Pocket shutters repair & stripping

The windows on the front of the house have 2 tier pocket shutters that fold into the side of the window. The paint is peeling really bad. Need a recommendation for someone that knows what they are doing to take them down, strip the peeling paint , paint them and hang them back properly. Thank you.
