Plumbing Engineer

Would anyone be able to give me a recommendation for a licensed plumbing engineer. My condo building’s basement has had some serious flooding this summer and last summer whenever there is serious rain from tropical storms and hurricanes. We have had more flooding than our neighbors so we would like to speak to a plumbing engineer to see the best way to solve this.

Also, if anyone has any mechanical, engineering, and plumbing firms that would work with a smaller 4 apartment condo, that would be really helpful.
