Plumber / GC rec to investigate moisture behind shower?

Noticed a tile at the base of our shower coming loose yesterday, only to discover is was because mushrooms (!!!) were growing behind it and pushing away the tile.

Not sure who to begin investigating the cause (we repaired the shower fixtures recently), but can anyone recommend a trustworthy plumber or GC to investigate and help advise us on the best solution? Appreciate the help.
