Permit needed for large backyard playground for kids?

I was going to put one of those wood play structures in my backyard– one with two slides, swings and ladders. It is probably 12×15 and about 10 feet tall, similar to photo attached.
Do I need a permit for this? And does the size of it change the need for a permit? it won’t be attached to the ground or on a foundation or anything- just your standard wood playground. [Playground900_0](//muut.com/u/brownstoner/s1/:brownstoner:ExNq:playground900_0.jpg.jpg)

No permits unless you’re permanently affixing it to the property or if you are building a pad or a foundation for it to rest on.

AFAIK this is just backyard furniture that doesn’t need any permit
