Package receiving solution for landmarked district?

I’m sure this is a common question – my search of the forum didn’t yield anything ground breaking though. Just wondering what are the latest and greatest units / solutions people are using for packages, especially in the landmarked districts (since I assume this impacts use of drop boxes?). My first attempt at indicating in the delivery notes to “leave under stoop” were totally ignored, so clearly that doesn’t work…

Amazon Key for Business can connect to an electric door release device. They install for free in a 10 unit building or larger. Maybe it is possible to pay for their service if in a smaller building? Their system can provide access for non Amazon carriers as well

Sadly most carriers ignore delivery notes, Do you really think thtt the LPC would care about drop boxes any more than they’re concerned about the placement of garbage cans? The things aren’t permanent additions.
