Oil base rustoleum

My paint store has informed me that rustoleum continues to ship oil base quarts of rustoleum and has reformulated the gallons to meet voc. Here is the clincher: quarts are $20 each and gallons are 90 each. Not sure how that’s going to work.

Ben moore has still not reformulated nor are they shipping qts of super spec to nys.
