NYC Local Law 31 Lead Paint - Inspector Recommendation

Related to the prior exchange on lead testing: I am writing to ask for recommendations for EPA certified inspectors to perform the required multi-family property annual review for an apartment with an under 6 year old in it. I was referred to ACS (they seem very thorough, and expensive!), saw Jack Jaffa mentioned in Olga’s chain. Luke, too, but he doesn’t perform annual reviews. Any other companies that multi-family owners are using? Thank you!

I called this person during that exchange and i found him to be very patient as i asked questions and he provided at length answers. I am not sure of the extent of his services. If i needed someone, i would not hesitate to call this person simply because of his knowledge and his professional manner on the phone.
