NYC Local Law 152 - Average Cost?

I manage a brownstone property in Brooklyn Heights and I am aware that we will have to get a gas line inspection performed under NYC Local Law 152. I have until Dec 31, 2021 based on my district so there’s a bit of time but I want to get it taken care of within the next few months.
Does anyone know what the typical going rate is for something like this? I’ve been quoted $800 already by citywidegasinspections.com and wanted to shop around a bit before committing to them.
