You can buy them or make your own and take it to FedEx or Staples and get it laminated. The English only signs don’t work. What worked for me was to save up months of those circulars, collect a few from my neighbors and then I went to the Key Food that was dropping them and just dumped them in the aisle by the little booth where the manager sits. I gave him my address and told him to make sure they miss my house. It worked for a little less than a year. I finally made my own sign and put the same message in Spanish and that worked well. Also I let the dog out and when he starts to bark I come out and speak to the men and women in Spanish and have not had a problem since. It has been about 3 years and no circulars. I still get the odd idiot who drops menus when he’s delivering food.

They (or at least the LMA version in my neighborhood) work to some extent. I removed mine because the plastic bags the junk flyers come in are useful when cleaning out my cat’s litter box.

IIRC the ones I’ve seen in the Slope are from the Park Slope Civic Council. I’d imagine they’re feee, like the signs the Lefferts Manor Association distributes in my neighborhood.
