New Contractor

Hi, we’re doing a large renovation on a landmarked brooklyn townhouse. Does anyone know a contractor they would recommend for the project? We are looking for bids.

Tatra Renovation https://tatrarenovation.com/ . They have done great work on my townhouse for many years, including a substantial renovation when I first moved in. They are not always the cheapest, but their work is impeccable, and they leave nothing unfinished or hanging, and will keep at it until I am completely satisfied (and I am crazy picky). They have done the renovations of several of my colleagues’ houses in Brooklyn and the Village as well.
