Need Water feature /waterfall pro

Hi all – I have a house in Bed Stuy which he had a beautiful waterfall water feature in last year. The center of it is a circulating pump, a liner, a water tank.

It was great last Summer, but now seems to have a leak somewhere.
In short – the person who installed it for us has moved out of the area, and Aquascape’s certified installers don’t want to come to Brooklyn to diagnose and fix it.

Does anyone know someone who can help?
Many thanks! We miss our waterfall.

Years ago, maybe 2006-20012, I did a bunch of water features in the West Village, most notably for a company called Dan Euser Waterarchitecture, Inc. and I maintained them for years until the homes were eventually sold and gutted by the newest wave of billionaires.
I gained a reputation for it at the time and so most of what I was asked to do was troubleshooting and re-pipes due to bad installations. I’m well aware of the complications of water installations and how to make the water behave in the contained area, but I’d think most any plumber or contractor could find your leak, if that’s all you’ve got, and you probably don’t need a water feature specialist.

Is the pump unit leaking and not working or is the entire unit leaking and running out of water? two different things.

i can figure this out. i am a contractor but i have worked on a lot of other equipment in my life (i put a new engine in my wife’s car two years ago). i would have to be passing by on my way from somewhere else (i do a lot of work in park slope and ft greene) and live in middle village, qns. if i had to make a special trip it would cost more and but at the same time, if i can’t locate it i won’t charge.
