Need to complete closing of Scott Schnall Project that was never finalized

We did a gut renovation of a parlor floor duplex which was finished in 2017 around the time Scott Schnall was arrested. For many reasons ( among them Covid) the job was never finalized and the permits are still open. We’d like to sell the building and I’m looking for someone who could close the job.
