I need someone trustworthy with a reasonable fee to perform the required monthly inspection of the fire sprinkler system. Any recs?

The monthly inspection can be done by anyone who’s passed the Fire Department’s sprinkler inspection test. All the monthly test consists of is a visual inspection that the heads are okay and spares are kept around, then logged. It’s very simple. If you are running a small building it’s worth getting the test done so you can do this for yourself, rather than paying someone for it.

The annual test, however, has to be done by a plumber, and you’d want to contract that out anyway since a thorough annual inspection of your system is a good idea anyway.
