NEED LAWYER FOR NEXT DOOR CONSTRUCTION

We own a townhouse in Brooklyn for 20 years. Starting next week, a developer is doing major demolition and construction next door over the next year and a half. I run a legal bed and breakfast on the first floor and stand to lose over 50k in business as the construction will most likely render it un rentable. Depending on the level of disruption, we may have to move out. Aside from advice, I’m looking for a lawyer experienced in these matters to advocate for my loss of business as well as seek protections for any potential damage to my home.
