Need Fire Underwriter's Certificate

Hi, can anyone recommend an Electrical Inspector in Brooklyn for this? No new work has been done/filed for so I assume DOB doesn’t have to be involved…

Buyers of condo are requesting this per their home inspector’s advice.

Out of curiosity, when the breaker was installed in 2015, should there be a certificate already in place for this? Apartment was last renovated then by a contractor who likely subcontracted the electrical work out. Not sure how long these certificates are valid for.
