Need a contractor for an addition to my townhouse

I am planning to build a two story addition to the back of my townhouse and am seeking referrals for general contractors to take on the project. Bonus points if the contractors have experience excavating in Brooklyn backyards and digging down in townhouse basements. Thanks.

We do this kind of work. I’m not sure where you are in your planning, but we would be happy to provide you with some pointers and an estimate. The DOB rules governing this type of project are very complex, require expensive, specialized insurance and newly, third party special inspectors.
