Mortgage Broker/miracle worker

I’m writing to second the recommendations for, and sing the praises of, Vanessa Thatcher, at Atlantic Home Capital. She’s an absolute genius, and a true miracle worker. All the other brokers we spoke to (and there were many) swore that we’d have to get “hard money” (at super high interest rates) because our situation was so complicated. Luckily we found Vanessa, via many recommendations on this forum, and through her uncanny combination of brilliance, grit, patience, and doggedness, she got us exactly the loan we needed, at a very reasonable rate. She quite literally saved our project. She’s a bulldog, and the hardest working broker in the business. She pushed through nearly a year of rejections and hindrances and bank bullsh*t and got us to the closing table. We wanted to kiss her feet. If she handled our impossible situation with such doggedness and grace, a standard mortgage would be a cinch for her.

Oh, and I forgot to mention: Vanessa’s STILL helping us by persistently following up with the bank regarding escrows, etc. And this is months after closing.–she’s already been paid. She’s just that awesome.
