You’ll need to hire someone to test for mold. We’ve used Taylor from Crown Environmental on a number of properties, and he’s always very good to work with (crownenv.com). If there’s mold you’ll then need to hire a company to do a remediation. We’ve used Windsor, but Taylor can recommend others.
