Mohawk Apts aka Mohawk Hotel

Recently I was reminiscing about the good and bad of my childhood. I remembered staying at the Mohawk Motel when we lost our apt on Clifton Place.
We resided there ,my mother, 2 sisters and I for about a year or so. Sadly we were separated after that and never seen my mother again.
Now, all grown up and doing fine, I would like to find a downloadable, file of a photo of the Mohawk Hotel in 1970. I would like to frame it and put it on my wall in my mancave because that place has a sentimental value in my heart.
I tried the, library, historical Society, Chamber of Commerce , but didn’t have any luck as of yet.

If anyone can help or know a photographer who has taken pictures back then, please forward it to me or any links that may help.

Ebay often has historic Post Cards of the Mohawk Hotel from the early 1900’s from when it was a swanky Hotel. I have not seen any from its seedier 1970’s days.
But you might find some, if there were crimes committed or other news worthy stories there in The Daily Eagle archives.
