Mitsubishi AC mechanic recommendation?

Anyone have a good, fair and knowledgeable mechanic for Mini-Splits/Citi Multi that they could recommend? We have a ten year old system that is suddenly having issues and would like to get it repaired. Appreciate any recommendations in advance!

City Multi systems are always a pain. I feel bad for homeowners who do not realize the property they purchased has one and the Repair Costs start to run high, especially when they ignore the maintenance

I hate my city multi with passion, I can’t wait to replace it one day.

Question: what’s the btu on your condenser and how many units are connected?
I have 5 (24k btu) units on one 96k condenser. 24 per floor is probably twice as big as it should be and it costs me ab arm and a leg.

Looking at my power consumption the problem seems to be that each unit runs at 2 kw but it’s not reducing consumption near the set point. My condenser seems to have lost that ability to modulate. I can also tell that my power consumption is 30% up from 4 years ago.

City Multi Units are not for the Run of the Mill Mechanic. You need an expensive tool hooked to a computer that can relay and receive information directly from Mitsubishi.
