Marble Fireplace Mantels

We are looking to sell a marble fireplace mantel currently in our Brooklyn brownstone that will not have a place after reno and are soliciting advice on the best way to proceed. Are there professionals that appraise the value of fireplaces in NY (if that’s a thing) or is the best bet just posting to a website like 1stDibs.

@Colonial. We are fortunate enough to have another fireplace mantel in the main parlor level room that is very similar to the one in the photo that we are certainly keeping (along with several other fireplace mantels in the home). We tried unsuccessfully to find a place in our home for the mantel in the photo.
