Maintaining Concrete Deck

My brownstone has a concrete deck (which I know is not common). I’ve noticed that it’s getting moss-ey green. My fear is that it’s starting to take in a lot of water. Does anyone have any advice on how to maintain?

If you do it yourself, there is tons of data online promoting the best liquid solutions to scrub & rinse algae with, and videos showing ‘how to’ paint-roller-apply a waterproof coating on cement paver or slab concrete surfaces.
