Looking to Lease Rooftop Space

I am looking for building owners to lease rooftop space from in New York City, ConEd and NYSEG territory. The ideal spot is a flat roof with 100k square feet of usable space, or greater, with a roof that was built in the last seven years. The average row house roof is about 800 sf. It would take 125 houses to equal 100,000 square feet. A Home Depot or Lowes might work though.
