Looking for wood fence installer

I would like to build a wood fence for my backyard that is NOT made of prefabricated panels. Instead of vertical boards I am looking for a horizontal configuration with no visible vertical members from my yard (see image) which means it probably needs to be built on site. Can anyone pass along any price-conscious recommendations? So far I’ve gotten a couple prices from millworkers, out of our price range. FYI, I have seen the previous ‘fence rec’ posts but did not find what I was looking for. Also, I realize there is a debate about the “good neighbor” rule and that both sides need to look equally nice, however, if you consider that the decrepit rusty chain link fences would be replaced on our dime, I’d say we are pretty darn good neighbors… [Horizontal fence](//muut.com/u/brownstoner/s3/:brownstoner:Uofj:horizontalfence.jpg.jpg) TIA

A custom built fence rather than pre-made panels is going to be relatively on the expensive side.
