Looking for Super / Property Manager

Hi! I am new to Brooklyn and just purchased a brownstone in Park Slope. My husband and I don’t live in NY 100% of the time and are looking for a reasonably priced and reliable individual or company to check up on the house and maintain the sidewalk (shovel snow, etc). Does anyone know of a company that does this?
