Looking for L&T lawyer recos...specifically pitbull types that rep LLs

Asking for an older neighbor who ended up with “professional” tenants…the type that use the system to their advantage to not pay rent by pretending to be victims, have been evicted before, lie, etc. A real junkyard dog type of person is what he is looking for. Sound off, please.

This isn’t rocket science. Its more of a process than anything else. The two people I deal with are: Stern & Stern 50 Court Street 718-935-9458 Koeppel & Steckler 44 Court Street 718-858-5727 These guys don’t charge a lot of money, but it takes time to evict somebody. There is no magic bullet.
