Looking for apartment painter - lower-end for rental unit.

Just need someone to cheaply freshen up a 3BR rental unit. Low budget–still recovering from the flood. This is a newer rental unit, not decorative etc, more of a starter type apartment. Thanks for any references!

Whomever you hire, please have them remove outlet covers (instead of painting over them) and mask hardware… be the change you wish to see in the world…
