Looking for a super super

I am looking for someone to handle garbage 2-3x a week, hallway cleaning and general light maintenance at my 4-family rental building in Prospect Heights — on Park Place between Washington and Classon. Know of anyone responsible who might be interested? PLEASE be in touch. Thanks.

Silver Brick does not handle our rentals. For us, they just do trash, hallways, cleaning outside of building (removing leaves is a huge headache this time of year) and snow removal (another headache). I am not sure if they do rentals. We had someone else before Silver Brick but he was very unreliable and often had poor follow through when he did come. Silver Brick is extremely dependable and does a thorough job week in and week out. With Silver Brick on board everything is taken care of and I no longer need to worry about it, whereas before I had to monitor the person all the time (making sure he actually cleaned the whole stairwell instead of just the first floor for example) and constantly overseeing him or wondering if he truly was going to do what he was hired to do. Another example with the old (pre Silver Brick) person: he left town in the summer for two weeks without telling us, the trash was not taken out, the tenants did not tell us that the trash wa s not going out so there was a ton of it, and maggots started growing. As you can imagine, it was disgusting. Thankfully that chapter is over now that I found Silver Brick.

does silver brick handle your rentals etc? i’m trying to find a management co that just deals with maintaining the building and not the real estate /rental part of things. do they take a percentage of the rent roll?

For my 8-unit building in Carroll Gardens, Silver Brick Management takes out the trash, cleans the hallways, removes leaves/cleans front of building, and clears snow in winter. They also do light maintenance. They are really dependable, do an excellent job and I highly recommend. We were very happy to find them since our previous person could be really unreliable.
