Looking for a GC with lots of structural experience - Lintel failure

Hey Brownstoner community! I’m looking to find some recommendations about GCs to bid on a structural, and somewhat complex construction project.

Long and short we purchased a Bed Stuy brownstone last year with a beautiful full glass rear on the parlor level. Unfortunately, whoever did the work put in a lintel that was just too small for the facade, and now I’m getting movement which could be catastrophic down the line. I have initial engineering drawings ready for bids but need to look for someone who I can trust to do this job right – it’s likely going to be a bit complex so need someone who has a lot of experience with external/structural work – not looking for someone who’s going to say “oh just replace the lintel with a bigger one.” If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears!

Seth seemed great but he is pretty busy FYI. I met with him but he was pretty behind already. DBe was another firm that I met with who might be an option.

We were very happy with the contractor we used and he did some significant structural work on our project, including similar steel lintel work on a large opening in the back wall. It all turned out very well and he took a very safe cautious approach to the whole job.
