Long term price trend in Park Slope?

Would anyone care to make a prediction on the long term (say, next ten years) price trend of brownstones in north Park Slope near the Park?
On average 5%? 10 %? more? less?

Overall, the trend is up but slower than before. The highest price rises will be secondary areas inching closer to the prices of the prime areas. The highest priced properties will rise at a slower rate. There may be more of a spread between move in ready and poor condition homes, but that’s more uncertain.

Nuclear war with North Korea is probably bad for RE values as well.

Really hard to take a prediction like the one requested here with any degree of seriousness. Far too many factors.
