Licensed Super Needed- Recommendations Please

Hi all.
I am looking for a licensed super to take care of trash, recycling, snow removal, keeping building halls and stairs clean and who can be onsite in emergencies. I have three small buildings, two rentals and my house. Anyone have someone they would recommend? Or a source to find someone? Thanks very much!

Supers for small buildings do not need or generally have licenses.
Supers generally work specific neighborhoods; if they have to travel way out of their normal territory to do just yours in the neighborhood, it will be expensive and not so accessible in an emergency.
